Sunnies vs. Shiites and Kurds, Iraq is looking like a civil war between the diferent factions, evidence is building that is a least in the early stages of ethnic and sectarian warfare, evidence points to the fact the armed Iraqi Forces have mounted deadly assaults on fellow Iraqis to assert political and territorial dominance, ethnic and religius divisions defined the fighting, rebellious Suni Arabs clashing with Shiite Arabs and Kurds, academic and military analysts say that the battle have been hardened by the American policy of favoritism toward the Shiites and a lesser share to the Kurds, at least one Shiite militia has formed , not to oppose the Americas, but to exact revenge against the Sunnies.
The insurgency is being organized by former Baath Party officials who are intent to retake power, James Fearon, a profersor of political science at Stanford University, pointed that the creation of these groups are "part of the civil war in the makin we see now".

During my research using the internet and books, I have found that Iraq have a Constitution, it was created in March 21, 1925 and amended in July 29, 1925, in this document the Iraqi people put together a series of provisions to be enforced in the Kindom of Iraq, in it states that Iraq is soverign state, independent and free. Her territories are indivisible, that Iraq is a cosntitutional hereditary monarchy with a representative Goverment, it also defines Iraq as a country under God, it defines the flags shape, color and dimensions.
But more important are the were the rights of the people are protected,
Under Part I. The Righs of the People are defined from Article 5 to Article 18, is very interesting to note that those rights are very similar to our rigths under the U.S. Costitution.

The film farenheit 9/11, prsents a very bias argument regarding the Bush Administrations and the actions that he took regarding the 9/11 atack, how he become a president, and the way he presented the evidence to the American people in order to go to war against Iraq.
This film presents some facts regarding the elections in wich Mr. Bush was elected President of the United States, the count of votes in Florida and the fact the Mr. Bush brother Jeff, is Governor of that State, sugesting that the election was stolen fron the democrats.
It gives a detailed fisrt year of Mr. Bush in the presidency, like taking too many vacations, having a good time in Florida with his brother Jeff, not paying attention to how the country is doing under his presidency.
It also shows Mr. Bush been told about the terrorism act in the Twin Towers in New York, it shows Mr.Bush not doing nothing for several minutes and implying that he did not have any idea on what to do next, it shows that he continued reading to the school children with a lost look in his face, it also shows the contry been paralized with all the planes been grounded, except the planes that took all the Saudi Arabi Nacionals out of the country, it implies that the reason that they were alowed out the country is that the Landen Family fron Saudi Arabia are very close busines partners, given billons of dollars to the Bush family in busines profits and showing the busines deals between them.
It also portraits how the Goverment is using terror as a weapon to make the American people to do as they want them to react, and how he used this act of terror to go to war aginst iraq.
This film try to persuade the people to belive that there was a conspirancy to steal the presidency, to manipualte the terror threat to their political advantage, it shows Mr.Bush as someone that do not not know what to do, unles, someone is telling him what to do and say next, it claims that all what is done in the presidency is to benefit, politically and monetary to close friends of the president.

The act of burning the United States flag is a very controversial act, in order to help understand this question let's begin by difining what a flag is, (Citizens Flag Alliance and other organizations), define the flag as a cultural artifact, and a symbol of freedom, prosperity and enlightement, what the american society stands for, and it should be protected.
The oponents to this point of view argue that "the flag is a piece of cloth bearing a design for display as a signal, standard etc". (Webster Dictionary).
The opponents of burning of of the flag believe that it does not fall under the protection of the First Admendment, in the case of Texas v. Johnson, Chief Justice William Rehnquist stated that"the flag is the symbol of our Nation, a uniqueness that justifies a govermental prohibition against flag burning", the proponents of burning the flag as a method of expression argue that the First Amendtment,not only protects speech but also protects writing ideas as freedom of speech, and that the First Amendment protects communication no matter what its nature or medium.
The U.S. Supreme Court found that burning of the flag as a form of expresion is protected under the U.S. Constitution, and I belive that this form of expresing an idea should be protected under the First Amendment.

Even that many people opose to the free exchange of needles, the CDC says that 36% of all AID's infections are related to injection of drugs with a needle, the exchange of used needles between the drug users is a fact, the sharing of used needles between them and the link between drug use and the subsequent trasmission to sexual partners and children is a fact that can not be denied.
The overwelming evidence that needle exchange works in preventing the transmission of HIV and other diseases is reason enough to continue with the programs.
Neddle exchange are not distribuition programs, the users of this programs are required to turn in a used syringe in order to get a new sterile one.
Even when this program works on other countries, it continues to be the center of debate in the United States, and its funding from the Federal Goverment is not permited, that leaves the Counties and Cities to fund te programs with local funds.
I believe that a program that is proven to work in saving lifes should be fully funded, unfortunally the ideology of many, and not solid medical in formation prevents this from happening

As I look at the newspaper, I wonder how the United States got it self in to this mess, I mean the economic mess that we are now, if you look at any newspaper, (The Mercury News.)( Salinas Californian.) ( The Wall Street Journal.), you will see that millions of dollars are been use to pay for many things, from the war on Iraq, the devastation on New Orleans, the flooding from North Carolina to Maine, the National Security and all its expenses, the humanitary aid that the United states are sending all over the world, due to the many natural disasters , the price of oil and its effects on the economy, the rising of the interest that we pay to borrow money, the United States owe so much money, that we will have two or three generations paying for it, looks like all of us owed more money due to the national debt than we actually wants to admit, and this worries me, about you? have you think about it? any ideas on how we can solve this problems?
